Other things to note β¦ Please noteβ¦ - Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials youβll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
β¦ Additional Guest Fees β¦ A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 2. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If youβre booking for more than 2 guests, the fee is already reflected in the nightly rateβno extra charges will be added after booking.
- All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.
Rates for Pet Fees per Pet: Nightly Rate: $30/night per pet Weekly Rate: $150/week per pet Monthly Rate: $300/month per pet *Please note the pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed. This must be arranged and paid prior to arrival. Please inform us when you book if you are bringing pets as it needs approval first by the property owner.
PET RULES *Pets are not allowed on the beds under any circumstances *Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture where possible. A $75 clean up fee may be applied if pet droppings are left in the yard or in the property.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option Youβll have two options to finalize your booking: β Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR β Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Place thermostat back to 18Β°C & turn off the fireplace
- Close any windows (if opened) & lock the entrance doors
- Place TV remotes back where they belong.
Turn off BBQ gas, clean grill & coverβ$50 fee if not.
- All pet droppings must be picked up outside, or a $75 surcharge will apply.
- Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
