Brand New 1 Bedroom Basement Suite! The home has all you need for a very comfortable stay! Ideal location being only a couple min walk to LRT/Public transit, restaurants and shopping center. Plus Whyte Avenue (where LIVE music, festivals & different venues are held throughout the year) is only a few minutes away!
High speed internet? Stay connected with Telus PureFiber internet and stream to your TV (FREE Netflix).
Enjoy a fully stocked, brand-new kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, and all smaller kitchen supplies needed.
Guest access- You will have the ENTIRE basement suite to yourself during your stay! Please make sure to use the side door. The main entrance is for the main floor guests only.
YOU WILL NOT BE SHARING ANYTHING DURING YOUR STAY. It's a completely legal suite, with everything being 100% up to code to city of Edmonton's requirements. Offering its own private entrance, washer, dryer, kitchen, bathroom, and furnace.
The bedroom is very spacious & comes with a large walk-in closet, a queen bed, with a variety of pillows to choose from for your comfort. The large window can draw lots of natural light but we also provide black-out blinds for your convenience.
To provide you with a five-star experience, the entire suite, and our linens are professionally cleaned after each stay by local small cleaning businesse.

Great space for visiting a friend in the city. Clean and modern with an excellent kitchen and very nice, deep bathtub! Will say - although you *can* sleep 4 here, it would probably be better for 2 or 3 as the pull out couch is a little small.
Love the property very clean and brings a good vibe to it. The location is amazing, near major roads so it does not take long to get anywhere. Also close to some shopping as well!
Basement suite was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My only complaint which is minor is the bed wasn't very comfortable. Mall and restaurants/pubs are very close. I would definitely stay there again

We felt right at home in this lovely suite. There were many thoughtful additions such as saran-wrap, shampoo and paper towel, just to name a few. Marshal was readily available to troubleshoot any concerns and was very polite, willing to go out of his way. Safe and comfortable. Clean and affordable.
There is something to be said about compassion these days and that is, thatthere is hardly any!!! But the hosthere showed humanitarian behaviours and loads of accomidating and compassionary moral. Greatest 100% place ive been, and the man in charge, is a major bonus, giving it 110%.
