Thank you for staying with us. Apologies for the unpleasant experience. We are so sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We tried to show rooms but then you kept on insisting about the smell of the freshener , etc. You should have notified us that you do have an allergy so we won't be using any sprays for cleaning. Also hotel is not oblige to provide you food and water. The only time we do is when we serve breakfast in the morning. You are just so difficult , you expect too much as if this is a 5 star hotel . You complain every single thing you see. Sorry once again. Hope you will find the satisfaction that you are looking for.

Check in not ready. Desk told us no housekeeping the following day. Ran out of tissues. Had to request toilet paper. Not enought plastic bags for our recycling and garbage. Main bathroom on 1st floor for guests there was no paper towels for drying hands ...no tissues either. Poor breakfast area

Room was not quite as advertised. King room clearly showed couch and table. Suite had couch and table in a separate area. I chose the standard king. No couch and table and no suite available at check in. Overall nice room, friendly staff. Very clean

Old carpets, people allergic to old carpets find it difficult to breathe. Windows kind of closed, so fresh air intake is not possible, except for a small gap in the window. Hotels should give an option for non-carpeted rooms for customers with old carpet allergy. Wooden floors are easy to keep clean too.

The staff were great. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Affordable. Included breakfast. It’s not a quiet hotel. Lots of road noise, and a loud train that passes close by in addition to the airplanes flying overhead.

Rooms are fine & comfortable. Has ammenities like gym & swimming pool. In Uniqueness its is spacious interms of passage, dinning room, reception, washrooms etc. Breakfast we struckly OK. There was a power outage during the morning we had to checkout for 1 hour which caused lot of trouble. My wife took shower in dark, had to take stairs, I took shower in swimming pool area because it was having sunlight brightness. But could shave due to darkness. Such a big hotel company doesn't have power generator to supply power during outages? Receptionist have a lot of anwers like I dont know and giving to thought to think further. Did like reception staff were not helping atall.
