We visited over a busy couple of days with the near by dance festival. The hotel was busy! The only negative comment I have, which is no fault of the staff, is how noisey it was! You could hear until late into the night other guests in their rooms and hallways. The rooms are not very soundproof which made the early mornings a bit more difficult. Otherwise, the stay was good.

I made reservations s for 2 rooms and asked for them to be on the same floor. I was told when I called to check that they were located on the same floor, unfortunately when I arrived this was not true. Also my suite was not ready at check in, I was told she would notify me, thst did not happen. Nor were the lg bath towels brought that she indicated would be delivered. I had 5 minor children with me , these small consciences woudhave been appreciated.
