The location of the house is 10 mins from downtown, 5 mins from Whyte Ave, 15 mins from West Edmonton Mall and 20 mins to the airport . It is near many attractions The space This is a private room located on the basement floor with keys to lock your room door and open the back door. The floor has 2 other private rooms available for booking on Airbnb so you may have roommates. The room is furnished with a single bed and a large closet. Also included is a desk with chair, nightstand with light, and a tall dresser. Along with a wall mounted 32" LED flatscreen TV that has Netflix and a Roku streaming box. Towels are provided in your room and there is a washroom on the floor that is shared with 2 other rooms. Guest access Guests will have access to plenty of street parking, a laundry room with a washer and dryer(detergent supplied), high speed wireless internet and the front and backyard which has three different areas in the for relaxation. During your stay The amount of interaction with other guests is dependant upon the guest. My family and I live in the neighbourhood so we are readily available to help you with any problems or requests if they occur. We strive on making sure you have a valued and wonderful experience.
