GUEST ACCESS:

The basement main entrance is on the left side of the house, just follow the sidewalk to the left of the house. Once in the door, type in your exclusive access code in the rarely shared exterior door, you will be greeted with the beautiful open to above, 20' high ceiling stairs leading directly to a landing and your private suite (Suite 2 ) is directed with a blue arrow to the right, to the hallway leading to a lockable area with exclusive access code. This entire space will be all yours for the duration of your stay!

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Please make use of the two way doorbell at the main entrance of the basement if you require additional help.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

There are two independent, separate and well soundproofed suites in our basement. Suite 2 comes with its own exclusive access lock and self check-in door with a personalized 6-digit code to your suite as well as a rarely shared exterior door, a 12' long and 4' wide hallway, a living area, a Kitchenette, a plush, hotel-quality queen-sized bed for ultimate relaxation, convenient workspace, closet and a full bathroom. Also, a dedicated driveway parking with the option of street parking.
