A large 2 Bedroom legal suite with full bath, large windows, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances in a new house and community that can accommodate up to 6 people. With over 1200 plus square feet of living space, this suite is modern,quiet and very clean, great for everyone and kid friendly! Close to everything; Anthony Henday, 15 mins to YEG airport, 10 mins to Rabbit hill resort,20 mins to West Edmonton Mall ,shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

Guests have private access to this entire 2-bedroom basement apartment with a sofa bed(sleeps 1 or2) /sectional couch in living room, Queen size bed (sleeps 2)and double bed in one bed room(sleeps 1), and King size bed (sleeps2)and office table in the other bed room. Each room has brand mattresses and comfortable
