We arrived late from the via train (4am and heavily delayed). The hotel accommodated us and were so helpful. We wanted to extend our stay and the hotel facilitated this with no problems whatsoever. Front desk staff were amazing. Sometimes vagrants wander into the hotel but the security is usually on the ball and sort the issue out. I would recommend this hotel.
