Convenient location for our needs. Host was attentive to all our communications and the house was very clean and had all amenities as advertised! Would definitely stay here again.
The house and location were perfect for our stay. I can't thank Michelle enough for accommodating our special needs. Communication was quick and responsive. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We had some wee ones visit us and they enjoyed the children's area with books and toys off the living room. We would stay again.
We really enjoyed the house, the kitchen and bathrooms updated and the layout really worked for the family. We were able to get to most places fairly quickly and the area was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
Very convenient location close to soccer venue. Helpful and responsive host :)

A lovely property. Located in a nice quiet residential area but a quick drive to all amenities. Good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend this property.
This home is located near all amenities and close to the Anthony Henday so it was a quick trip south and north. The kitchen had all the equipment for cooking in and the bedrooms were as described. Some of the decor was interesting but the cleanliness more than made up for that. We did not have to communicate with the host as everything was exactly how it was described, easy check in and check out. Would definately stay again

Budget friendly large home
Family and I stayed here during a VB tournament. Location was perfect because it was close to the Edmonton Expo. It’s a decent home, could use some extra towels but other than that it worked. This would be good for a large family, it has a big kitchen to cook in, laundry facility and full basement for the kids. It worked and host allowed us to have a late check out which we appreciated.
We had a decent stay. We really appreciated that dogs were allowed at the property. The neighbourhood was okay.
We found the kitchen could have been stocked better - not enough pots and pans. The back deck is in very rough shape. The house is older, but it was clean. I would recommend it.
Property served its purpose. Fans in every bedroom was a nice touch. Garage was handy. Wifi didn’t work but we never needed it so we didn’t report it. Great house for big families, even has a crib in master if needed. Back deck needs maintenance but serves its purpose. Everything was smooth, would recommend.

Very nice renovations done inside. Very nice wood/laminate floors inside. Great, having the bathrooms available.
The backyard deck was in very rough shape. Owner left some of their items in the garage.

Disappointing
The house has no AC, the house was very hot with outside 85 degree. They had fans but fans are old especially the one in the living room, running but feel nothing.
One of shower was old , not easy to set the temperature, shower was broke, water go everywhere.
The worst thing was asked twice before I made reservation that how far from the house to the airport? (YEG) they said just about 1 mile. So believe that and booked. When I got the address ( a day before my trip) I searched and knew it’s 20 miles 😡😡😡😡
This was very very bad lier.
We spent Christmas with family in Sherwood Park. This was an excellent location 12 min away. Well equipped kitchen with all the utensils we need for making Christmas Eve dinner. Clean comfortable rooms, the in floor heating was very comfortable especially in the basement . Thank you we had a wonderful Christmas.
We travelled to Edmonton for a wedding with 8 family/friends and 2 dogs and stayed in this well equipt home. The location was great, easy to get to close to two parks/green space for our fur babies to walk/play. Michelle was wonderful to deal with and the home had everything we needed. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe our entire stay. The home and bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and having 4 bathrooms was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!!
