Nice Apartment

Large comfortable 2 bedroom with everything needed for a stress free stay, have stayed more than once and have been very pleased with the experience both times. The building is nice and not overly noisy, will definitely be returning if the need arises.

Great location and space

This property is so close to 124thstreet and we were within walking distance to everything we needed. The place was so clean and cozy and check in and check out was seamless and easy. Great place and great hosts!

Great stay

Very clean and comforting. Lots of space. The wifi was slow but it worked. The noise upstairs was a lot but got used to it. Overall great place. I would stay there again.

Family event

Check in was very easy and all communication with the host was seamless. They were very accommodating when we had one extra member come and then a fourth on our second night. The area was wonderful as there are so many restaurants etc in the area. Thanks so much for a great stay!

perfect getaway

May and Leo are super hosts! Incredibly welcoming and super helpful, we loved our cozy stay away from home and would highly recommend to anyone. The location was great, tons of amenities within walking distance and we felt very safe. The couches were so comfy and loved the convenience of household items like the reusable grocery bags!

Great place

This is a great place. Very clean in the apartment. Lots of space. The wifi was a bit slow and the kids upstairs are busy. Other than that it is a great place. I would stay again.

Home away from Home!

May is amazing and accomodating! The unit is clean and modern close to everything you could possibly need within walking distance. The bis system is easy to navigate. Ive stayed here for work and it feels like home to me

The suite was great. Nice and clean. Close to Roger’s place. Host communication was top notch. The only negatives were the hallways smell of cigarette smoke and the profile pic of the property doesn’t match the actual building.

Great listing

The property is as shown in pictures. Very clean and well looked after. Nice area close to everything you need within walking distance. Parking on the front street can get busy but there is a nice space in back close to the building and door. Would stay here again on my next trip into Edmonton

Great Value

Super clean property close to downtown but in a quiet safe building and neighbourhood at a reasonable price! Comfortable beds, quality linens and very well stocked with necessities. Assigned parking spot and ample street parking. Walking distance to many quaint restaurants. Only complaint was little people in apartment above could be heard stomping around mostly in the morning. Never heard any noise past 11pm though.

The building is quite old and walls are thin. One could therefore hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing (e.g. getting up at 5am), which is hard when one is not a heavy sleeper. Apart from that, the apartment was in very good condition and well equipped with all the small necessities one might need. The owners were very approachable and accommodating regarding early access.

Home away from Home

I stayed at this property for 5 months on days off while I was in Alberta for work. Sadly the contract for me is finished and i had to leave Edmonton. This area and community was home for me for this time! My chiropractor, my masseuse, the grocery store, my friends i reconnected with that live here and my co workers that became famiky during my time here. May & Leo were like my famiky as well. Very accomodating, genuine people without them the transformation from being in a strange province away from home wouldnt feel as good as it did and I will always stay at this property if I come back for a visit, again next winter for work! ❤👍👍

Super nice, great communication, great location! Upstairs people are a bit loud though :(

May and Leo are wonderful at communicating!! I also asked for extra pillows as I’m 8 months pregnant and need extra support for hips and back when sleeping. I was fine to bring my own pillows but they offered to supply 4 extra ones :) They were very detailed with the check in process and where to find the keys! Check out rules were outlined inside the unit. I got really worried when we showed up and the hall smelt of cigarette smoke, but thankfully inside the unit, it smells amazing!!! The only negative things were that the upstairs people were SO LOUD. We could hear children screaming and stomping and running for hours. And we noticed a lot of cold air comes in through the bedroom windows, so if you closed the bedroom door at night, it got freezing cold and there was only one extra blanket between the two bedrooms, so it was chilly. But overall, great experience :)

Apartment life sucks

My stay was an epic fail. Not only was my son unable to join me but I had thought it a good idea to park on the public street, because I was able to see my vehicle through the window. Well. Very bad idea. My driver side view mirror got smashed from being hit. Had the booking not been non refundable I could have cancelled. Obviously, my son not making it and also the damage to my vehicle is separate from the property itself. But it is part of my stay. The unit is wonderful, layout is great and many amenities are available… but it is not quiet. A person would have to be deaf to not hear the unstoppable running/jumping feet above plus the sound of a vacuum going most often. Super place, clean, nice, cozy, comfortable and all that BUT it is an apartment complex
