"The staff was amazing! Check in was easy. My son was booked in for a procedure at the U of A hospital. It became more complicated and and took way longer then i had been told it would. I didn't check out before because we were supposed to be done in an hour or so. They extended the room check out for me with no charge, thank you for making a bad day a little brighter. Breakfast was awesome and the hotel is very nice and comfortable. "
