The hotel is conveniently located, access to different stores and tourist attractions close by. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Hotels should get rid of carpets as they are disgusting and hard to clean, but the overall experience was good.

Great location for events in the city, easy walking distance to quick shops and event centres. We were in a corner room near the stairs so lots of noise but other than that great experience.

A safe bet when visiting this city. Clean bed in a decent room is a safe bet here. The breakfast is typically Canadian/ Northern America standard, nothing to get excited about but as they say when in Rome. It's unfair to hold any hotel breakfast to the British standard.

Great location! Downtown is easily accessible whether by foot or car. Tons of great restaurants around and activities. The rooms are quite spacious and have a lot of amenities that look classy. My only complaint is how rough the towels were.
