Well stocked, clean and welcoming. A wonderful relaxing space for a young family on vacation to reset and enjoy each together. We got back home feeling well rested and connected. Everyone slept well and we brought our own food for breakfasts and often chose to order in because the space was so roomy and comfortable it just made sense to be there instead of managing kids in a restaurant after busy days of exploring Edmonton. Exploring Edmonton is easy to do from this house as it is very central. The park just down the street was a great place to hang out in the evenings too. A quick 5 minute walk.

This was our first time staying at a VRBO and Alex was always quick to answer our questions. The house was very clean and spacious and we all enjoyed playing games in the game room, especially the kids. The location is great and super close to West Edmonton Mall, as well as lots of other stores and restaurants. We would happily stay here again.

We spent a delightful three nights and four days at this charming house, and I must say, it truly felt like a second home. The overall ambiance of the place was incredibly welcoming, making it easy for us to relax and unwind. The house is designed with a cozy, homey feel that instantly puts you at ease, featuring warm colors and comfortable furnishings that invite you to kick back and enjoy your stay. Every room radiates a sense of comfort, and we found ourselves feeling right at home almost immediately. Whether it was lounging in the spacious living area and bedrooms, the house offered an excellent environment for us to enjoy our time together. Overall, it was a wonderfully comfortable experience that we will cherish. 💯 % recommended.

The Perfect Place

We enjoyed our stay at this property!! The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was so clean, and a perfect location for anyone wanting to stay in a house and be super close to West Edmonton Mall!

A great place to stay!

We were in Edmonton with some teenage boys that wanted to spend some time at West Edmonton Mall and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to the mall, lots of space for everyone, extremely clean and well take care of. The games area was a hit. Very well equipped home. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and house!

Family of six stayed- four kids and two adults. We loved the space and the games room downstairs. The house had everything we needed and the information provided beforehand was thorough and easy to follow. Great location, quiet neighbourhood and close to the mall.

Lovely, clean home

Our stay was wonderful: this was a super-clean, well appointed, and overall excellent rental. The games downstairs were super-fun for our teens too! Lots of room for all of us and a very safe neighbourhood was the cherry on top. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This place is definitely pristine. Super clean. We chose this place because it's close to the mega mall. The whole area is growing. This property will do well since there is little competition.

Recommended rental!!

Top quality house, well furnished, beautiful bathrooms, spacious for larger families. Host has full channels on TVs so you don’t miss the F1 race or football match. Fun bonus games room for finishing up your night. A/C works perfect, and nice quiet backyard. And the BBQ works like new - our burgers and steaks were cooked like at home!

I wished I had reasons to keep returning

From the moment I booked Alex has been very great at communication and making sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough great things about the house itself. The house is in a great location, close walk to a park with a school playground. 6 minute drive to WEM. It is a crazy central location. The actual house is stocked with everything that you could need and the beds are super comfortable. If I’m ever in Edmonton again I would book here for sure.

Perfect home

We stayed here for 4 nights, there were 5 of us. It had more than enough room for us all. I can’t say enough about this property. It is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. The home was immaculate. Everything you could want or need, the house was stocked with. The games room was a wonderful addition! I would recommend this house to anyone.

A Perfect family getaway!

Where do I start! This place was by far THE BEST IN TOWN! From the initial contact with Alex he was very prompt, accommodating and has excellent communication. The house was beautiful, spacious and great for all family members with the 4 level split. The air hockey table was a hit! Beds were comfortable, it was very clean, great location, 5 minutes to West Ed Mall. It had it all! It was everything it says it was. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will book again when we come back to Edmonton. Thank you again Alex!

Absolutely Recommend - Comfortable Stay

We were all impressed with the location, property and host! We had a wonderful experience! Everything was immaculate when we arrived. Entry was simple and there was plenty of room for our vehicles in the driveway. The kitchen had everything we needed, and although we did not cook much, all seven of us could easily fit around the table for our meals. The pantry had abundant room, and the appliances are high quality and clean. There were condiments in the fridge and spices in the cupboard, along with coffee, sugar and powered cream. There was even a basket on the counter with snacks for us. We had more than enough room to sleep. The clean linens were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The three bathrooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. We could easily spread out throughout the space, watch tv while others played foos ball and air hockey. The rooms are tastefully decorated and there were plenty of pillows. The house is located within blocks from the West Ed Mall, which was very convenient. We loved it there and will definitely book again next time we stay in Edmonton! Also, the host went above and beyond! We accidentally forgot some of our keys and he contacted us immediately. Unfortunately, we were too far away to retrieve them. A friend of ours was heading that way a few days later and the host arranged to meet with him and pass along our keys. Much appreciated Alex! Five Stars!!!

The host (Alex) answered any messages we sent in a very timely manner. The property is close to so many things that a person could want or need. The beds were very firm but the host is looking into a solution. If the bed situation is fixed we would definitely book again. The games room also kept the kids busy for hours!
