This stunning brand new 2023-built home has been beautifully decorated by a local Edmonton designer with modern and cozy furnishings and a bright, warm ambiance. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a covered patio, private hot tub, and an EV-equipped double-car garage — this home truly has it all.

Please note: this home is part of a duplex-style property. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the main floor of the home throughout your stay — including all 4 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped chef's kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, covered patio, private hot tub, and the attached double-car garage with EV charger. The home features self check-in via a secure keyless entry — your personalized access code will be provided after booking. Please note: the basement suite is a completely separate unit with its own private entrance and HVAC system — it is not accessible to guests of this unit and no indoor spaces are shared.

Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.

A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
· We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!
