You’ll have full and exclusive access to our home during your stay—this includes all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, the in-suite laundry, fully equipped kitchen, living area, private deck with firetable and bbq, private hot tub, garage, and all amenities shown in the photos. Nothing is shared.
Enjoy movie nights with complimentary Netflix on the Smart TV, cook up a cozy dinner in the chef’s kitchen, or relax with your morning coffee in a bright, welcoming space designed to feel like home.
Street parking is always available just outside the unit for easy access, and check-in is seamless with secure keyless entry—perfect for late arrivals or flexible move-ins.

- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- The patio/deck, porch, and backyard have been winterized for the season and are currently unavailable until spring season.
- Our hot tub is fully operational and open year-round, including during the winter months.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
- The basement of this property is occupied by a long-term tenant who lives there full-time. Their unit has a completely separate entrance and no interior spaces or advertised amenities are shared. You’ll have full privacy in the home that is advertised on the listing throughout your stay.
-Additional guest fee apply after 4 guests
-All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.
Hot Tub Rules:
To keep the spa experience clean, safe, and relaxing for all guests—and to remain respectful of our neighbours—please follow these important rules:
Hours of Use: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ONLY.
-Use of the hot tub outside these hours is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. This is in accordance with the City of Edmonton’s noise bylaw (quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) and will be strictly enforced. There are no exceptions.
-Hot tub use is for registered guests only—no outside visitors permitted.
-Shower before use to help reduce oils, lotions, and deodorants in the water.
-No soaps, oils, or bubble bath — a full drain/cleaning due to bubbles will incur a $500+tax fee
-Limit use to 45 minutes per session to maintain safe water quality.
-Only potty-trained children are permitted in the hot tub.
-No glassware, food, or drinks in or near the hot tub at any time.
-Swimwear only—no regular clothing allowed in the water.
-Do not tamper with chlorine dispensers, water chemistry equipment, or pool monitors.
-Replace the hot tub cover securely after each use to retain heat and ensure safety.
If glass, food debris, or other contaminants are found in or around the hot tub, a full drain and sanitation fee of up to $700 will be charged against the security deposit.
IMPORTANT: The maximum temperature of the hot tub cannot be set above 104°F. Setting it higher will cause the system to overheat and automatically shut down.
