Summary: Welcome to Paisley ! Our beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom detached home is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Paisley in southwest Edmonton.
- 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms - Open concept main floor - Fully stocked kitchen - Dog friendly ( Upon approval ) One time $75 pet fee applies - Walking distance to the off leash Paisley dog park and playground - 5 mins to the Anthony Henday, Windermere and 10 mins to South Common.
The Space: - You will have access to the main floor, 2nd floor and backyard. This home does have a completely separate basement suite. Nothing is shared between units. Maximum soundproofing added to the suite. - Street Parking only - Portable A/C units in the home

The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.

Very happy with our stay. House was very clean, check in was easy. The beds were comfortable. There was a pack and play for our toddler and they also had some toys he enjoyed playing with. Definitely would stay here again!
This was a beautiful town house. They had a portable air conditioner on main floor, 1 in master bedroom and 1 in other spare room ). The other room had a fan in it (bedroom with twin beds). Master bed was quite firm, but the on suite bathroom and tv made up for it! The spare room with queen bed had a great Mattress (memory foam). The twin beds were quite firm but fine for kids.
Kitchen was great with all basic supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, to parchment paper, baggies etc).
2 living areas were functional and felt like real get away! We watched Netflix movies every night.
They even had board games that we enjoyed as well.
We barbecued one night. Parking on street was never a problem. Street noise was not an issue.
We would stay here again!
