The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Close any windows - Place TV remotes back where they belong. - Leave all used bath towels on the bathroom floor. - Place the thermostat back to 18 C and turn off fireplace
- Turn off all jets & lights and cover the hot tub after use - Please turn off BBQ gas line, clean the grill, and replace the cover after use. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if BBQ is left uncleaned.
- Please make sure to fully extinguish any outdoor fire in the fire pit. - Unplug patio lights upon leaving. - Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

- No smoking of any kind. Penalty: $500 + tax fee - Unregistered guests will be charged a $40 fee/person. - Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7AM.
- Extra cleaning fees apply if home is left messy - Late check-out: 30 mins=$50; 2+ hrs=$149 (do not grant an additional stay)
- No parties or events allowed - No tampering of security cameras - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House

The house was perfect for us. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The location was great as it was close to everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The host was very responsive to questions ahead of our stay and provided great information during our stay at the house. We stayed for two days on a weekend to take the family to West Ed, it was a short drive, maybe 10 minutes. Would book again if we come back.

The property was fantastic, clean and easy to find. The one thing I do have to say is because the backyard is tiny gravel if you have children its hard not to get gravel in the hot tub.
