Urban Utopia in the Heart of University Centre

  • Nestled in prestigious Windsor Park! With an east exp. on a tree lined street, this 2280 sq.ft. home is a perfect convergence of style and sophistication through all 3 levels including the huge rooftop patio. Designed with a contemporary flare, the residence is generously appointed with premium finishings. The chef's kitchen features huge quartz islands, handle free cabinetry, Miele appliance package, Orange's seamless tempered glass backsplash. Upstairs has 3+1 good sized bedrooms.

    This is a brand-new and over a million house in the centre of Edmonton.
    3 bedrooms with all queen size beds in second floor, and a big loft on third floor will be have a queen size bed to the third floor.

    We have 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathroom. There are bathrooms in every floor.

    The home is set up for families or groups. We have a pack n play crib for infants, and children's books, toys, high chairs, and kids dishes. We are a kid-friendly home for sure.

    All of our beds are comfortable and welcoming, we hope you feel at home and have a restful stay at the utopia!

    We provided Netflix to use for you to watch free movies or dramas.

    The basement didn’t finish, so no access to basement, the basement we used for storage our supplies for cleaners.

Modern Home- good location

We arrived to the home and it hadn't been cleaned. House was left as if was from previous guest. Dirty laundry, un-made beds, trash left behind, musty smell on upstairs carpet. Called host and they sent cleaners which meant we couldn't enjoy the house until after 8pm. Not ideal, but not much we could do. Host was quite argumentative and offered $50 off even though I felt it should be more. She never seemed concerned or apologized and kept saying mistakes happen. After that incident we shook it off and enjoyed the property. Pros: Lots of space and good location, making it walkable. Quiet neighborhood Beds are comfortable Cons: Needs some tlc overall. Plug in Master bathroom doesn't work weird powered blinds for the windows. Some work, some don't. Outdoor space outside loft is not really set-up for enjoyment

Great two night stay

Had a great two night stay, four adults and one toddler. House was spacious, well furnished and decorated. There is a lot of damage throughout the house, walls, floors and carpet are in bad shape. There is only two parking spots at the rear of the garage, no parking out front on the street and permit parking everywhere else around the block. The kitchen lacked cooking utensils and there is no measuring spoons or cups. Otherwise a great place to stay for a family.

Unclean outdated

Items in home covered in dust, sequins in area rug in front room. Floor was dirty. 2 beds appeared to have been slept in previously. No towel for downstairs washroom. Carpets are filthy and had lumps and humps in them. Notes asking us to rinse dishes for next guests. We paid $160 for cleaning, this makes no sense. Not even a garbage bag in pail in kitchen. Asked for early check in, owner never responded. Car parked in front area,no cameras, yet text from owner saying to move car to garage. Did not give us code to garage though, we had to ask. Tea in kitchen was expired in 2020. Coffee was an open can, who knows how long it was open or if anyone did anything to it. MINIMAL dishes. A note to say don’t eat decorative fruit? No crazy laughing? I absolutely do not understand the notes. Huge rip in front blinds, upstairs outside deck has fake grass or whatever, half torn off wall. Cigarette butts out there, we did not even spend time there, it was disgusting. I have never stayed in a place that was so dirty and lacking. Loose electrical outlets. So very disappointing and definitely overpriced. Pictures of property must be from several years ago. We weren’t even advised which garbage can belonged to the house so just used one in the alley. We have pictures if needed.

Peaceful, comfy haven

Well maintained. Quiet neighborhood, Starbucks minutes away. Good facilities for meal prepping, very comfy bedrooms although larger ( ie King) bed in master suite would be nice. Would’ve loved if electric outlet in master bathroom worked. Would stay here again for family event . Thanks!

The property was great. Easy to get to whyte ave. The house was clean and looked like the pictures. We would have used the roof top patio more if there was patio furniture up there. Other than that, the stay was awesome!

Very nice house.

This house is in a great central location. Access to a garage was a very nice bonus to our stay as there is no street parking. The house could use a few repairs, but overall it was a very comfortable stay for us. Extra blankets would have been nice and placemats for the table as it is glass. Also napkins would have been nice, but again, it is a very nice, modern house with some high end fixtures.

Modern Marvel meets simple sanctuary
