"Only one person at the desk. Long wait to check in and then not very helpful. Spoke to me in a firm demanding tone. At checkout another long wait to check only one person at the desk."

"Hotel does not have the water machine or ice machine. I have been to other hotels and where they don’t have water machine, they give complimentary 2-3 water bottles and rest you can purchase. But here they don’t offer any complimentary water bottle. If you ask they can bring you in a jug and glass. The one water machine is in the gym area only and I don’t see anyone using the gym and ma"
