Nice cozy apartment, in the vicinity of the highway (2 minutes driving), next to services and many touristic attractions (gas stations, restaurants, hospital, shopping centers, casinos, skiing, cycling trails, snowmobile trails, botanical garden) and to the University of Moncton-Edmundston Campus, located in a very solid and quiet building, adding to your comfort and good night sleep. The apartment features one bedroom, furnished with 1 queen bed, a large kitchen area with a comfortable extendable futon (double-sized bed while extended), bath with shower, video surveillance of the property for the safety of the guests, cipher door-lock, high speed wireless internet, continuous access to Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, HDMI connection available for your devices, washer-dryer in the building and pretty much everything you need to feel like home. Clean and cozy space, comfortable bed, responsive and congenial host, everything was great. This was our first Vrbo stay, but won't be our last! My one caveat to future guests is that the shower stall is quite small. Not a complaint, it was fine for me (a 1X to 2X woman) but anyone much fluffier than me might find it tight.

This is a rustic place to stay. Clean and quiet with nice off-street parking. It is in a good neighborhood and I felt safe there being alone. It isn't a super fancy place, but it definitely a fine place on a budget. Good communication from the owner as well. Thank you.

Perfect location for rest

We needed a place for rest for overnight to continue to eastern New Brunswick so this room was perfect to get some rest after a long day travelling from Ontario One problem was another occupant wondering around all night and keep us awake because the outside light was continuously going off and on because of their wondering around until early morning The apartment is small but we needed for overnight to get rest

Great stay at this cozy spot

We needed a place to stay for the night and this was the perfect spot. Only complaint is the bed is pretty stiff, but that's just my opinion :)
