The only negative I had was the coffee pods are blah. However coffee is free so doesn’t really count

Cozy and friendly
This place is great for business travel. There’s a gym, sauna, steam room, fruit at the desk, good breakfast, good food at the restaurant across the parking lot, and friendly staff. My go to place whenever I am in town.

The Guest House is motel-style with access to each room from the outside. We like that when travelling with a lot of stuff that needs to come inside. It's been nicely renovated. Coffee/Tea and snacks available 24 hours.

You buy the bed for a night. The bed was so comfy. Slept like a baby. The heater took a long time to heat up. We turned it up to 85 and when the heat poured out we turned it down to 72 and it was fine. Weird. The front desk check in was smooth andvthe lady April was a gem. So easy to deal with and very kind.

I had an awful time completing my prepaid booking with Expedia.ca The automated website would not let me open an account and make the reservations without asking me to look for an email sent me with a verification number, then entering the number, then asking me if I was a robot and then making me complete all of these steps at least 5 times.

I have stayed at many of the top hotels in the world and yet this small working mans hotel managed to outshine most of them. The staff were friendly and caring, the amenities were tip top and a full English style cooked breakfast. Do not judge a book by its cover. This hotel is the best.

If you need fancy don't stay here BUT if you want clean, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff, fresh coffee, juice donuts, cookies and fruit on arrival, great hot breakfast, this is the place.

Location was easy to find and access. Parking was ample, organized, and well lit. Grounds were well maintained. Upon check in, felt our business was appreciated...we felt quite at ease. Location is pet friendly and we areas to exercise our adult shepherd. Room was clean and spacious. All appliances worked. Bedding and bathroom linens clean and fresh. Room was air-conditioned and ready at the right temperature for our stay. There was no problem with noise at night. There was a full, hot breakfast in the morning with an excellent choice of food for anyone. Checkout was easy and fast. Staff were courteous, had a sense of humor, and efficient. We WOULD stay there again. Recommended.
