"I went and asked for extra blankets and pillows and they had not been taken to us by midnight so we had to go back and ask again. We were allowed to check in 15 minutes before check in time of 4. I paid for the 2 beds and I was told that we have been upgraded to a king bed with couch. I did not understand the emphasis on them trying to tell me they upgraded us when I need 2 beds. On the positive side they did allow us to go into the pool area while we waited to be allowed in our room. "

"Nice place with good self parking. Room was really quiet even though there were lots of people in the hotel. All the staff were very nice and professional. Breakfast was $16, but just the usual stuff you normally get for free. Location is good with restaurants close by. "

"Hotel is conveniently located off the 10 freeway although exiting on Atlantic is quite challenging to get to the hotel entrance when traffic is heavy. We had another pleasant stay and enjoyed the close access to many wonderful Chinese restaurants and bakeries."

"The property was in terrible condition. The first room we were given had a broken bathroom light, and the second room we were given had black marks all over the sheets. The rooms were dark and dirty, and did not match the photos online at all - there were no bedspreads on the bed, no photos on the wall, and the rooms were quite rundown. Although the rooms had TVs on the wall, none of them were in working order. When I went to the desk for a third room, the clerk asked me if I wanted a refund. I readily agreed. I was told because the funds had not transferred and I booked through Expedia, I would need to get a refund from them, but was assured that was possible. With that assurance, my daughter and I left to find another hotel. We have been fighting since that day to get our money back. We were told that because we signed the paper at check-in, the cost of the room was nonrefundable, even though we signed before being given two rooms that were inhabitable, and posed a risk for our health and safety. Expedia says the funds were transferred, and they need approval from the hotel manager, who refuses to give it. Do not stay here! Run as far away from this place as you can! This is definitely a case of bait and switch - the manager is clearly hiding behind their nonrefundable policy, while offering substandard rooms that don’t match the description and are not safe to stay in. He takes your money and offers zero in return, even when their own staff told us to get a refund."
