The room was basic but exceptionally clean, smelled amazing and had everything one would need for an overnight stay. The front desk gentleman was very helpful upon checking in, and checking out was a breeze. I was in a hurry so I didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast but it was available and open until 9am.

Room was clean. However breakfast was a joke. Nothing but cereal. Check in was an issue. Counter person asked fur payment even though I pre paid. He had to call owner and check. Check in was slow as they went back and forth then finally said ok. We found your payment. Bar and restaurant were closed. Fire pit did not work. Place has really went downhill in recent year. We stay here a lot, but need to find new place as the things we enjoyed are now lacking or not available.

Will never stay there again. Paint chipped off walls, lamp shades broken, chair stained, blind broken. Deodorizer extremely strong. Sheets and bathroom were clean. No shampoo or hand soap. Property wasn’t mowed or weeded. The room next to us was very noisy, using lots of profanity around midnight and were smoking which was strong then in our room (one of those connecting doors in between).

The place just changed hands on June 1st and they are trying to get their footing. They are catching up on the maintenance on the rooms. The Indian Restaurant, Mint, was great. Give them a chance good people running it and would return.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They had fresh cookies at the front desk at check-in and check-out. The desk agents were very knowledgeable about the state finals we were in town for. And I forgot my pillow when I checked out, but my son was still down there with his team, and they were very accommodating to make sure the pillow was available for him to pick up at the front desk. And they allowed me a late check out. Wonderful complimentary breakfast of biscuits gravy, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, cereals. I would definitely stay there again! just wish the pool was open for the season.

The eggs were terrible. Our refrigerator in the room made a loud noise all night long and my comforter had a stain. However, the check in girl was awesome and very friendly. The sausage was good.

The only thing good about this property was the location for what we needed. Upon check in we were told a kitchen pipe broke so there is no water for the bar or restaurant. So the breakfast and coffee that was included would not happen. There were no plumbers trucks on property all on Friday or the weekend that we were there. The pool water was green so no one wanted to even sit by pool despite temps being in upper 80's. We entered our room and was disgusted by the amount of cobwebs on the walls and all lamps. There was mold on the walls (we took pictures of all of this). There was no hand soap. We asked at front desk for soap and they don't have it. Went to CVS and bought soap for the 2 rooms we reserved. No remote for TV. They did tell us they don't have tv service any longer but did bring us a Roku stick. Poor lighting. Bath towels were like tissue paper. Lastly, we were told their system was down and they couldn't issue room keys. So everytime we left and came back we had to find a staff member (only 2 on property) to let us in our rooms. We had 3 rooms total. Terrible experience.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff polite and friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint I had was they didn't have any USB ports to use so you definitely have to have a plug in charger to charge phones and other electronics.
