Area and building are super safe both day and night with key fobbed access. **BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS: Our lofts are located above a coworking space in downtown Effingham, ask us about a steeply discounted office pass when you stay with us! Parking lot located in back just steps from the door. Someone will be available to you via phone and in person as necessary during your stay. Let us know how we can help! Very walkable downtown loaded with shops, eats, and good times! Most transportation in Effingham is done via walking or driving, but very driver and walker friendly! This is an old building with no elevator so make sure you're comfortable and able to take the stairs to the second floor.
