  • This new construction home to be complete early Summer 2026 features an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room for gathering. All 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms one, two, three and four have king beds. Bonus room has 4 full bunks. Hot tub, patio, rec room, wet bar, washer/dryer! This new home is built for vacationing families in the heart of Door County! Close to downtown Egg Harbor, Alpine Golf Corse, Horseshoe Bay Golf Course, Murphy Park, and much more!

The property was amazing. The rooms were clean, space was adequate and other guests commented on how it worked perfectly for the occasion. I would book this home again if I have another large group of people to plan for.

Property was perfect for our large group and great for the kids! Great location and we were gone most days exploring and then home for a family meal each night. Well equipped kitchen and the whole house was wonderful! Thanks for a great stay!!

Wayside Home was perfect for our family reunion of 15 people! So much space! The home was equipped with everything you could possible need and want. Comfortable bedrooms, the 6 bathrooms were a luxury, kitchen fully stocked with ample equipment and utensils, the fire pit offered loads of opportunities for visiting and reminiscing, s’mores and hot dog roasts (bring your own roast folks). The game room in garage area gave kids and teens room to spread out! In short, a perfect place for a large group to enjoy Door County!!!
