The 50 m² apartment consists of a large living room with a single bed that can be used as a couch during the day, a well-equipped open kitchen, a beautiful Art Nouveau bedroom, another bed in the hallway in a cozy niche, as well as a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, a cot, board games, children's books, and a high chair. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the mountains and a terrace with views of fields and meadows. You can relax on sun loungers and in the dining area and enjoy communal meals.



A supermarket is 450 m from the accommodation and restaurants are 650 m away. The lakeside at the Hartsee is 1 km or an 11-minute walk away. There are many other lakes within a 10-minute drive, and Lake Chiemsee is also nearby. A short drive takes you to beautiful and interesting excursion destinations such as Herrenchiemsee Castle, Salzburg, and the mountains.
