Our bright, welcoming holiday rental is approximately 50 m² and is located on the ground floor in the detached unit of our two-family home. You can access it via a separate outdoor staircase. Our house is situated in a quiet yet central location in the heart of Eggstätt, surrounded by the Eggstätt Lake District. Within a few minutes’ walk from our place, you can reach Hartsee Lake, various restaurants, the bakery, the tourist information office, and much more. Parking space available; no smoking; no pets allowed. Take advantage of our ideal location for leisure and sports activities as well as cultural offerings.
Our beautifully renovated holiday apartment, completed in 2024, measures approximately 50 m². The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a luggage rack, and a clothes rack. The small but fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a two-burner stove. Basic spices, as well as vinegar and oil, are also provided. Our living and dining area (with hardwood floors) is spacious, so you can make yourself comfortable on a two-seater sofa with an armchair and a round dining set (TV/radio). Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower/tub combination; a hair dryer and a washing machine are also available. Bed linens, shower towels, bath towels, and tea towels are provided (changed once a week). A lockable bike shed is available upon request.
