She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. "Check in was simple. Shuttle bus is excellent.Location is peaceful and stunning. Very family safe (apart from the shuttle buses move at some speed)! Little one cracked learning to ride his bike which was superb. Restaurant was nice and apartments are stunning. Some minor issues:We were unlucky enough to get a lake view where the key reader didn’t work and there was only one key. Which for an apartment for 6 people isn’t great! Other than small gripes like that and an issue for my son and I allergy wise -with the sofa being stuffed with feathers plus no covers for outside chairs so when it rains they get soaked and take days to dry out (we had no sun on our terrace) we had a lovely time and I’d consider going back. "
