"The reception has limited staffed hours and if arriving outside those hours you must call to get access. Luckily, I had cellular service. The room we had was almost perfect! A kitchen/dining area with toaster oven and portable stove and with a door separating the bedrooms. The balcony has great views of the mountains as do the bedroom windows. My little one enjoyed having a bunk bed with her own door for privacy (and for the adults to stay up later was good too!). The lighting was a bit dark but...

"Rezeption unwissend unfreundlich mann kommt sich als gast zweiter klassse vor.wir waren im appartementhaus gegenüberliegende strasse untergebracht .mussten nach badementeln für den spa bereich betteln,brötchenservice wurde verneint erst nach aufklärung meiner seite doch möglich. spitze auch bei der suche unseres zimmers auf karte 611 aber nur zweistellige zimmernr.dann nach ca 5min erschien eine dame von der rezeption um unser zimmer nochmals zu überprüfen aufklärung 611 Haus 6 app.11 HaHa...

"This hotel is a gem. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant is very popular because the food is great. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to the train station. I would definitely stay here again."
