"Very good value for room. Breakfast (good) and parking were extra. Fire alarm in middle of 3rd night not welcome! "

"Overpriced for what they offer -- no closet, no desk. There was a disruption in hot water supply -- reception simply said it was not their responsibility and did nothing about the situation. Even though the shower room was very spacious, water pressure left much to be desired. And the shampoo did not pump out shampoo, so I wasn't even able to wash my hair. Unbelievable for the price they charge. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I don't think I will be returning to this hotel."

"What can I say? Everything perfect - nothing to add. A highlight is definitely the spa area and also the salt water pools. Also, the dinner was the best dinner I have ever had in Germany."

"Nice hotel across the street from the main train station. 10 min walk yo the christmas market. Breakfast was nice and filling. Only complaint is I drink a lot of coffee in the morning and they serve a small pot which for me is 1 cup and then yoy have to ask for more. Would be nice to be able to refill on your own."

"No coffee/tea in room. No cups/glasses at all. Carpet very dirty in hallway. Staff agrrwd to have car stipped in front to check in and then insistwdnon charging w Euros 17 justbto be stopped there."

"Very nice appartment with everything you could need. Nice building with lots of activities for the whole family. The only downside is that theres is a lack of parking spaces because the number of handicap spaces not being used is way too many."
