Was uns jedoch auf dem Weg ins Zimmer und im Zimmer selbst erwartete, kann man nur als Renovierungs-Fail bezeichnen: Flur: Unsachgemäß verlegte Fliesen und hochstehende Teppichkanten stellen eine deutliche Stolpergefahr dar. Zimmer: Der Zustand war schlichtweg...

"Lovely accommodation in a beautiful area though we were on foot backpacking and unfortunately there was no evening food available so we didn’t eat as it was a walk back into town. Nice area to explore either walking or cycling and was very close to walk to the ferry on Rursee to go on to Rurburg. "

Das Personal und die Behandlung können allerdings nur als Zumutung beschrieben werden. Wir wurden von einem älteren Herren nicht etwa freundlich begrüßt, sondern nur lakonisch gefragt, „ob wir die Expedia-Leute“ seien. .
