Hôtel décevant

Hôtel cher pour ce que c'est: accueil glacial de la part de tout le personnel, et éloigné de tout (prévoir une voiture); parking difficile à trouver, la piscine a fermé à 16h alors impossible d'en profiter après une journée de visite... De plus, étant construit en caisse de résonance, c'est atrocement bruyant, les portes claquent, on fait des concerts dans le hall jusque tard la nuit ! Le petit-déjeuner est gratuit, à la limite du correct, mais le dîner est trop cher. Je suis déçu pour le prix payé, passez votre chemin...

תחזוקת המלון ירודה ביותר, רוב הרהיטים בחדר שבורים או טעונים שיפוץ דחוף(בכלל זה דלתות ארון שאינן זזות והדלת הסוככת על המקרר הייתה שבורה. מצב הניקיון גרוע, השירותים היו מלוכלכים ועובש נוראי באמבטיה. מלבד סבון נוזלי ורק 2 מגבות לא היו פריטים אחרים באמבטיה. המלון ממוקם בגובה רב מהמדרכה. ואליו מובילים מדרגות גבוהות או רמפה. אין במלון עגלה להעלות את המזוודות בגובה רב כזה (שלא לדבר שאין מעלית שמורידה לגובה הכביש.המלון אינו ראוי , בשל כך, לאנשים מבוגרים/עם בעיות רפואיות/נשים בהריון וכד'. יחס פקידי הקבלה חסר סבלנו. למרות שמוצהר שאת החדרים מקבלים בשעה 15.00, נאלצנו לחכות שעה ויותר עד שקיבלנו את החדרים.

We got what we paid for.... nothing more nothing l

Went there for a long diving weekend during the holiday. Keep in mind this is NOT A LUXERY hotel and so all around it should be calculated. my son and my self arrived recived the key and went up. the room was ok nothing else. you do have a minibar and safe BUT FOR EXTRA payment. the 1st day NO ONE prepared our room we had to ask for it. as this is a low cost place gusts are reflecting it. walls are very thin and you can hear the "coupels" at the next room. Breakfast was very nice parking is a bit problematic for some one who is not familiar with driving regualtions for a free parking.

זה לא מלון אלא אכסניה עם בריכה

שירות גרוע!!!!! לא שווה את המחיר הזול שלוקחים הוספנו תשלום לחדר עם נוף לים ונתקלנו באיש קבלה לא שירותי שצעק עליינו ואמר שאין לו חדר ולא רואה שזה מה שהוזמן (דקה אחריי ששידרג ללא תשלום מישהי שמצאה חן בעיניו לחדר עם נוף לים). בלי קשר לא שווה את התוספת תשלום, המלון ממוקם בעיר והים דיי רחוק ממנו. בנוסף אין שמירת חפצים במלון והם לא מוכנים לשמור גם לא במשרד את החפצים שזה שירות מינימלי שמלון/אכסניות נותנות.

Stay Away

The room sheets are extremely dirty with god knows what, no matter how many times we asked to replace them, and overall the room was disgustingly dirty. Room service was almost never available, even when there was extremely loud noise from nearby rooms during the small hours of the night. I got so much more to complain about, but bottom line - stay away from this hotel.

очень простой и очень старый отель, номера относительно чистые, но стены старые и грязные, много поломок, выглядит весьма убого. За эти деньги можно заказать гораздо более хороший отель. Завтрак средний - не скудный, но и особых блюд тоже ждать не стоит. Value-for-money весьма низкое. Не рекомендую. Very basic and old hotel. The room was relatively clean, but walls were dirty with many signs of old and broken things. You can get much better hotel for the same money. Breakfast is not very poor, but do not expect any special food :-) Definitely Not the best value-for-money. Not recommended/

חופשה משתלמת במלון ארקדיה ספא - אילת

הייתי עם אשתי בסוף השבוע שעבר 2 לילות במלון. לדעתי ישנה תמורה מלאה לסכום ששולם שהוא נמוך משמעותית לעומת מלונות אחרים בעונת הקיץ. גם ארוחת הבוקר המוגשת.במלון הינה מגוונת וטעימה

Worst hotel ever

The worst hotel ever. The smell in the room was terrible. The shower was all peeling off. There was no hot water in the room. The window was all filty.

Rigtig dårlig service i receptionen. Først kunne de ikke se på computeren at vi har betalt. Ingen rengøring (ingen nye håndklæder, sengetøj osv.), hvis vi ikke bad dem om at gøre rent. En af de to kort til værelset blev stjålet, hvilket betød at vi skulle have nye kort og de gamle skulle inaktiveres. Den anden gamle kort virkede stadigvæk og de havde svært ved at gøre noget ved det.

שירות מאד לא אדיב בקבלה. חדר גרוע עם טלויזיה פיצפונת שלא נמצאת מול המיטה אלא על הקיר בצד וצריך לשבור את הצוואר כדי לצפות. הדלת של השירותים לא נסגרת ובאופן כללי המלוןברמת תחזוקה מאד נמוכה. לא ממליץ ולא אחזור לשם

1 Star Arcadia Spa Hotel

The Arcadia Spa was not a good experience. The Hotel is very dirty inside and out. 1. Our room was never cleaned. Sugar and long black hair was all over the tile floor. 2. The floor was so sticky, we had to wear slippers all the time. 3. A dirty cool drink glass on the table next to the TV 4. Long black hair on the bed pillows 5. 2 dirty glasses with toothpaste markes in the bathroom. 6. Wet bathroom floor due to a leaking toilet - looks as if it has been leaking for a very long time. 7. Shower curtain in shades of white, brown and pink from years of staines. 8. Soap dispenser in bath was empty. 9. Shower arm totally worn out. 10. Every time - Half way through a shower, the water dries up. 11. Towels smelled of cigaret smoke. 12. At night there were children sleeping on mattresses in the hall ways. 13. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. We had to use the same wet towels over and over. 1 smelly towel per person.

Great staff.

Great staff. Had a early pick up to go to Petra and the staff had a Togo breakfast ready for us. The rooms are a little worn but very comfortable. Good location but not real close to the beach. The breakfast buffet we had the second morning was good. The breakfast room is in the basement.

Horrible - the whole night it was very loud - Youngsters made Party from Friday to Saturday. When i spoke to the reception guy because of the noice he said i should have could the police ????
