Cons and pros

The staff was friendly and helpful Service was provided rapidly whenever needed. Breakfast is good, the main issue is that there is no fruits (only preserved), no natural juice. Cons Dinner is rather bad.

In relation to the price I paid, I got full value for money, but I booked the vacation a long time in advance, so the price was very attractive. The hotel is old, but well maintained. Some staff members were very helpful (Betty from the dining room was very nice), cleaning workers did not always do their job. I didn't try dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was basic, not bad, but nothing special

Our family stay was nice and comfortable. We had issues with parking (free parking was full constantly and in the nearby areas it was very busy during the weekend. Some noisy guests were shouting in the pool area late at night. Calling reception didn’t seem to help. Breakfast was nice, coffee needs some improvement.

Very noisy all night during Sukkot- had to wear noise cancel headphones to sleep- loud amusement rides next door with screaming people. The hotel was wonderful aside from that. Very comfortable beds and room.

The hotel seems fully booked, however was very quiet. the only time we felt the crowd was at the huge ques for breakfast. Did want to laten c/o which was impossible, unfortunately. Subich from the reception was exceptionally nice and patient.

Everything looks very old, not as described in the pictures! The hotel’s room are stinky , but mostly the shower smells like sewage! Unfortunately I had to be out of the hotel all day in order to enjoy Eilat !! I didn’t got value for my money .

A lovely hotel with a bad personal experience

When I arrived at the hotel with my wife, we really liked the location and the cleanliness, the employees were all kind. But unfortunately at night a piece of the ceiling fell on me and the lamp of the room got into my eyes and ruined my weekend and the rest of the week that I had to go with a bandage and not work for several days according to the ophthalmologist's recommendation. All the fun of the vacation was spoiled. There were no free rooms in the hotel. We had to stay in the room with the damages and the hotel employees worked in our room until midnight. We didn't sleep at all the entire vacation until on Friday they moved us to a room and offered to compensate us for one night free of charge, which is very poor for the great damage they caused us physically and mentally.

It is a very nice hotel in terms of rooms, facilities, staff. I was very disappointed to get a room without sea view and without balcony although I upgraded from standard to deluxe room with full price. A nice reminder why not to choose hotels in Israel, you pay much you get less.
