The exceptional customer service was evident throughout our stay, the delicious and generous breakfast served in the morning was a delightful surprise. "Great location in the old city but hard to find and nearly 60 narrow steps to carry your bags up. Find Uri Buri restaurant and look for a square black sign on the building to the left. Little signs direct you up all the way to the top. The room is lovely and the host has added a number of nice little extras. Our room didn't have a microwave so that must be in the other room as there are only two."

"When I got to the motel it was closed and abandoned and doesn't exist anymore. I had to quickly find another place tonstay. Worst experience ever and I better not get charged for a motel that's not even there. "
