"The hotel is conveniently located near Zurich’s main train station, which is ideal if you’re arriving from another city, and it’s also about 10–15 minutes from most major attractions. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but there were a few significant issues during our stay: - Ants in the room: We noticed a considerable number of ants appearing sporadically throughout our stay. At first, we assumed it might be due to having the balcony door open, but the issue persisted even after the room was cleaned. I also mentioned this in feedback via Expedia, and while I was told it would be forwarded to management, we never received any follow-up. - Room temperature: The room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. Despite following the front desk’s instructions—turning off the heating and using the air conditioning—it still felt extremely warm. We were hesitant to leave the window open because of the ants. - Service: The staff were not particularly welcoming for a 4-star hotel. While I don’t like to focus on this aspect, I would expect a more engaged and friendly response when greeting staff or asking questions, but this was generally lacking. Overall, while the location is very convenient, I would likely choose a different hotel in the future due to these issues."

"This hotel is very nice, is in old Town so the side walk are brick which is a little bit of a pain to drag your luggage over. And it is about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Also there is a church near by that rings it's bells every 15 minutes. This is no A/C but our second room did have a fan. The first room we had the shower didn't drain properly and it started flooding the bathroom floor. The second room wasn't any better. "Wonderful young lady got me checked in a bit early and even upgraded my room gratis. Loved that. Nice big room which was very clean. Staff even checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Very professional. Recommend highly and would not hesitate to stay there again."
