Good location for exploring the lovely and interesting town of Eisenach, and not far from the train station. The restaurant and bar were pleasant. The hotel will clean the rooms on request (by 09.00), which was a little unusual. Overall a very nice hotel.

Beautiful historic property, kept up-to-date, and centrally located. We upgraded to the bigger room, which was massive and giving off royal vibes with its high ceilings and balcony. Best option for a weekend stay in Eisenach.

The rooms are clean and more than enough space for two people. The restaurant was nice and the food very tasty. Breakfast was the best and everything available. The staff that worked during the breakfast time answered questions before asking them!

Frühstück ganz prima, Zimmer sehr schön. Wir müssen uns wohl erst daran gewöhnen, dass die Zimmer nur noch auf Wunsch gereinigt werden. Das hat uns ein wenig gestört, Gerade in so einem Haus. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln!

古いけど雰囲気良くて部屋が広くて最高です。ドイツのホテルには珍しく、バスタブもついています。 部屋の充電用コンセントの差し込み口が従来のままで、USB等が一つもない点と、部屋に冷蔵庫がないこと、ジムは形だけで有酸素マシン2台以外はほぼ使えないのが難点。そこがマイナス1点ですが、それ以外は素敵なホテルです。

Die Jungs an der Rezeption waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was ich von einer weiblichen Angestellten nicht sagen konnte. Als wir das Hotel betraten und zum Empfang liefen, sah uns eine ältere Mitarbeiterin. Sie schaute uns kurz an, drehte sich zu ihrem jungen Kollegen und sagte ihm, er möge das bitte übernehmen. Fand ich unhöflich. Ansonsten alles top, auch die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück, unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir waren zu einem Kurztripp in Eisenach, um die Wartburg und das Bachmuseum zu besichtigen. Das Hotel liegt ausgesprochen zentral, so dass die wesentlichen Besichtigungspunkte in Eisenach von dort aus sehr gut erreicht werden können.

Instelling personeel niet optimaal

In het centrum van Eisenach en vlak bij een winkelstraat. Ondanks het zeer warme weer hebben we niet op het terras van het hotel kunnen zitten. Na één regenbui werd het terras afgebroken en de parasols ingeklapt, terwijl er bij een restaurant (de Baron), dat in het zelfde gebouw als het hotel is gevestigd, de stoelen en de tafels droog werden gemaakt en alles weer beschikbaar was. De kamer was netjes. De matrassen waren slecht. Een veer was goed voelbaar

Die Einfahrt zum Hotelparkplatz ist immer wieder eine Challenge, Zimmer ist prima ruhig wenn es nicht zum Karlsplatz geht. Tip: vor 14 Uhr ankommen, dann gibt’s im Leander ein preiswertes Tagesgericht

Schönes Hotel mit Abzug in der B-Note

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen in der Eisenacher Innenstadt und hat sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Parksituation. Das Parkhaus ist sehr sehr eng. Des Weiteren gibt es zu wenig Parkplätze für das Hotel insgesamt somit muss man bis zum nächsten Parkhaus 500m durch die Innenstadt laufen. Die Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür sind öffentlich und zu dem Kostenpflichtig. Die maximale Parkdauer beträgt dort 30min. Angesehen von diesen Umständen mit der Parkerei ein sehr schönes Hotel
