"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"Reception is in the restaurant. I had to wait for check in 20 Minutes as the waitress was serving food and took orders first. The room was old and bathroom from the 70s. Soap and shower gel empty.
