I stayed for three nights and there was no water for about 7 hours on two of those days..I filed a complain with Expedia and when they called the hotel the manager became angry that I reported it and he asked me to leave and just kicked me out

The cleanliness and the customer service overall was very very poor if I would have seen the room before I had booked it I would not have gotten it. Their breakfast is a sack lunch they told us that the deposit for our dogs was $20 towhen I went to go get my deposit back they did not give it to me they said that it was rent for my dogs.One morning I turned in all my bedding we return back at night and I did not have any bedding when I called the front desk he said he did not have the laundry key sorry that I had to wait until the next day so needless to say that night I had no bedding on my bed. The room was cleaner when I left it than it was when I got there

I don’t know why this property gets so many bad reviews. I stayed at the property during Thanksgiving week. It was my first time visiting San Diego. The hotel is a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the free WiFi and cable TV were convenient. I had an issue with the card access to my room but Danny resolved the issue by switching me to another room. I’d definitely book again. If you’re budget conscious, book your San Diego stay here.

Room was very dirty. Significant mold in the shower. Laminate floors hadn't been mopped in a long time - feet were black after walking on them. Large stains and scuff marks on the doors and walls, especially next to the front door where something dark brown had been smeared on the wall and had run down to the floor. Also very noisy, music and people out of their rooms talking loudly until well past midnight.

People shooting up and dealing drugs in the parking lot, place is a dump, room had damaged walls, torn and stained lamp shades, cigarette burns in linens and blankets. Very unsafe parking lot.

The property owner very violent towards customers, wales around with a pipe on his hand. The facility looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The rooms smell, the restrooms are falling apart, the linens are very stained and lots of flies in the rooms. Third party must stop working with this facility. Lots of I satisfied customers. Just a over all terrible experience, unsafe un sanitary. Pool is not usable the water is yellow, pond looking 👎

Eliminen a esta empresa de sus servicios, reservé una noche y después de más de 10 HRS manejando llegué a la una de la madrugada y me dicen que la habitación asignada tenía problemas eléctricos, pero que me podía hospedar en otro hotel de ellos casi enfrente, y el mencionado hotel al que me reasignaron es más bien motel con cocina, pésimas condiciones, olor a encerrado, moho en ventanas, bichos en piso, por supuesto no tenía desayuno, vaya ni café, lo único sobresaliente era una pantalla grandísima que ni usamos por lo cansado.

Unsafe stay
We had never stayed in a hotel that made us feel unsafe, hotel looked bad people in the parking lot look liked they lived there, we just had couple hours there and our truck got cake all over ,a super strong pee odor in the outside building, room looked like it never got clean , roaches were found , super uncomfortable stay ! I hope they really do something if not this hotel will go out bussiness

For one the pictures in their ad is nothing like the place. Very load all night run down and dirty. I slept in the bed with my sleeping bag. The shower had two inches of caulking I know that was hiding mold being a builder. The plumbing was loose and old. The area had a lot of homeless and drug people roaming the streets. The place is a dump and people who work hard for their money should stay away. I never give reviews but this place needs to be called out for what it is a dump. Sorry.

I booked the room to have 5 people sleeping they were not able to accommodate there was water on the floor when we got in to the room the front desk was able to clean it but then it was not clear how to get our 5th friend sleep it was too late and all of there rooms were sold

The room was good sized but bed had nothing but a sheet. Everything else was below average as well. Elevator smelled of urine, creamer for coffee came out in lumps. Was glad to leave.

ON 7-23-22 me and my wife & kids booked a room at Rancho San Diego Inn & Suites on Main st. in El Cajon (it was advertised on Jamacha Blvd.) My 1st mistake was not inspecting the room completely and immediatly. Thought at 1st the room was a little beat up but quickly noticed the following - The walls have dents, stains, primer, a nail sticking out of the wall, had to wait to have someone fix the tv, bathroom light fixture hanging from bathroom cieling, same thing in closet, air conditioner in one bedroom makes excessive noise intermittently while in the other room the air conditioner controls are broken so you must plug in the air conditioner to cool off and then un-plug it later because it's too cold, also bathroom sink area light shade missing, piece of toilet broken off, shower curtain was bowed down like someone did pull up's, piece of molding was missing from dresser, aparantly the tile floor had not been cleaned/mopped for awhile as my wife noticed our feet/socks were black after walking on the floor. Im sure there's a few things I missed but bottom line is this place is a dump. We paid 380.00 for a room that was nasty. On the Orbitz website the property looks good but dont be fooled it's a dump that should be closed until repairs/health & safety issues can be addressed. Worst of all we cant get our money back from orbitz and of course the hotel refused to refund us in any way.
