Excellent location very near downtown, with access to many restaurants. The staff are VERY helpful and the dinner options in the main restaurant were great. We enjoyed our stay here as a base to visit the glaciers.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The pool area was a highlight! There is a big pool, hot tub, 2 cold plunges, sauna, steam room and individual soaking tubs. Overall, a very relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pasadena Los Alamos. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet very convenient to the Main Street. The property is extremely well maintained and clean, and the staff was always courteous and accommodating. We also appreciated the large gathering areas in the lobby.

Room amenities were meager. Hotel has good bones but rooms are dated, bathrooms small with obstacles (small shower with a bar in the way), and room amenities sparse. Too many lights shining outside the property…too many motorcycles cruising the streets at night. Hard to get a good night’s sleep. Gym had adequate equipment, but no cleaners available so felt dirty. Breakfast decent but busy.
