Amazing 5 star property
You will not beat this property, its views and the overall architect designed inside and outside features. Everything is recently supplied top end furniture throughout and many balconies, 4 beds rooms, bathrooms etc. Beautiful pool and pool facilities chairs loungers etc. Special beach bar area for entertaining.. Huge kitchen, good aircon.. One of the best properties around, you need a car for restaurants shopping etc. Lots of stairs as the property has 4 levels.

The house was incredible! Literally hanging over the Mediterranean Sea. We went with 2 other couples.There are 2 delicious restaurants within walking distance that we ate at several times. Also did a Paella cooking class in Alicante where we visited the biggest market in Spain. Took the train to Valencia one day. We are already planning when I can come back. Check in with Anja was very easy. Thank you!

Beautiful Villa
This is our third time in the villa but the first since the renovation, which has only made the villa even better. Beautiful views, very modern and clean property, we will happily return in the future. Big thanks to Anja, who was brilliant and very helpful and the same to Liesbeth who again was very helpful prior to our stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect week to celebrate 60th birthday
Beautiful villa and position. Restaurant within easy walking distance. Lovely pool and being able to have it heated made it a perfect temperature. Unable to initially connect to wifi as information given wasn't correct, but our queries with this & where to empty the bins were answered very quickly.

A Really Special Property
Such a great villa that exceeded all our expectations. Great layout with a lovely range of outdoor areas to enjoy. Everything felt new and super clean. Incredible uninterrupted views of the ocean and the light at sunset was simply stunning. A really special place to stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hope that we can return one day.

Breathtaking views
Absolutely stunning villa. Decor and furnishings to a very high standard. The views were amazing even purchased some binoculars to watch the world go by and managed to also see dolphins which was a bonus. The villa had everything needed for a wonderful holiday if I was to say anything negative it would be the 33 stairs to reach the floor from the pool with a bathroom. The first floor above the pool only has access to outdoor seating area and entry to the house into the utility room. The second floor has a beautiful open plan kitchen dinner and living space with a further outdoor dinning area. The beds were super comfortable which is a bonus! Anja the housekeeper was wonderful. There are two local restaurants and a small store in walking distance to the property which we used on a couple of occasions. El Campello is approx 12 mins drive and has an array of bars and restaurants and a lovely beach area. Spanish supermarket and Aldi is also very close by but a car is needed.

Beautiful villa with amazing views
The villa was absolutely beautiful with so many lovely spots for hanging out. The pool area was amazing, great loungers and parasols for lazing around on. The view from the terrace outside the kitchen is stunning. It was very easy to arrange to get keys etc and all communication was fab. We ate in the restaurant at El Portet a couple of nights which was pleasant. But you need a car to get around and to beaches etc.

Amazing Villa
This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and it is even better this time with the improvements that have been made. We cannot fault the villa, everything is of the highest standard. The pool is amazing as well as the views from the villa. Being able to park my car in the garage was an added bonus.

Perfect getaway for a family vacation
We were looking for a property where we could spend the bulk of our vacation and this villa delivered. Very clean, with lots of light, great views of the sea and multiple areas to relax. On top of everything else, the swimming pool was great and very private.

Beautiful house overlooking the Mediterranean Sea
A beautiful multi-storey house with views of the Mediterranean. Equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, an extensive kitchen and other facilities such as washing machine, dryer and air conditioning. The house is like new, clean and the contacts with the owner are excellent. A small problem with the water drainage was solved immediately. The house is located in a quiet area. Facilities such as shops and nightlife are some distance away, so a car or other means of private transport is necessary.

Exceeded Expectation
We were a large family group travelling in mid October and we found this villa to be outstanding. Fabulous first line 180 degree view with amazing sunsets and sunrises. We had the pool heated, definitely worthwhile. We didn't hire a car this time, just used Ziptransfers to airport (alicante) and back (about 30 mins) and used Carrefour Spain online groceries for most of our shopping. Just note that Carrefour deliveries may be late or early, not nearly the accurancy we are used to in Ireland! First delivery was 4 hours late and next one was 7 hours early! However this was still a great idea for us with the bulk of water, wine, beer, bread, vegetables and pantry items delivered to our door. Excellent! Note that the villa has no inventory of food , except some condiments and spices. There is no shower gel/shampoo or soap or laundry/dishwashing products. The host leaves a welcome bottle of wine. Anja was great, we had to call her a couple of times for help and she was quick to reply and very helpful. She was there to meet us on arrival and very kindly arranged to be there a little earlier to suit our flight arrival time. The villa is magnificent. 1 bedroom with ensuite on the main floor, with a separate toilet beaside the outside bar area, 2 bedrooms upstairs with ensuite , one double without ensuite and a separate single toilet in the hall. The double without ensuite has to use the ensuite in either bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, 3 sinks! - 2 fridges, one with an 1/3 freezer box, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has been beautifully furnished with a sea theme with lovely bright rooms with access onto multiple viewing galleries. A large outside table was used every night and we really enjoyed these large evening meals as the sun went down. The little bar area was great fun, equipped with a gas bbq and another sink. There is a small supermarket across the way witha couple of resturants, but we didnt eat there - we had so much Carrefour groceries and we took turns to cook! The younger ones walked over for a few bits and pieces from the shop, but it didn't have a huge range of produce. Finally I would say it was a gorgeous villa, quite a few steps to be careful on, but we would all recommend this gorgeous bright and luxurious villa in the sun.

Beautiful villa with stunning views
This place is simply gorgeous, just as good, if not even better than the photos with everything you could need, we stopped on the way from the airport at Aldi, stocked up and spent 5 days lazing by the pool gazing out at sea. would highly recommend. Great comms with the owner, gave it a 3 for check in as we were expecting to be met on our arrival by the housekeeper but she was not there, but we rung her and followed her instructions to access the property with no problems. Would definitely return.

Absolutely Loved Villa Felipe!
Wonderful property. Thank you Liesbeth for having such an amazing place available for others to enjoy. The location is close enough to Alicante for trips into the “city” but far enough out to enjoy the tranquil beauty and quietness of the Mediterranean Sea. We had great weather despite it being winter and completely enjoyed the home and all the wonderful amenities. You will find a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living space with relaxing terraces and a well designed pool area. Highly recommend!

Perfect New Years Holiday
We did a short getaway during New years, and had a wonderful stay. The house is a lot bigger than we expected and the views are just breathtaking. We will especially remember having a Aperitif by the outside bar/lounge area on New years day, just perfect with almost 20 degrees sunshine, and what a cozy little corner it is, one of many by the way! The only but I can come up with is regarding the BBQ, and it is more of a suggestion rather than a criticism. We could not find any utensils to clean the Grill with, like a steel brush, and something to scope out the Ashes with. I think it would also be safer and cleaner with a Gas BBQ, as the Charcoal makes a mess really fast, which is a shame since all decor and flooring is in very bright colors, but as mentioned, only a Suggestion. We will definitely return to this gem, thank you Liesbeth for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home! Best regards

This property was fantastic and the pictures were exactly what we got...breathtaking. We were even able to line up a few private dinners through the owners that was prepared by a local chef. The experience was well worth it. The only reason this isn't a 5 out of 5 stars is there was some miscommunication between the owners and the housekeeper. They were more inconveniences and in the bigger picture, not significant enough where we would hesitate going back ourselves or recommending to others.

Very nice property in a great location and generally in good condition
We went as a group of eight adults and the property was ideal but for one thing. It is advertised as four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds however it doesn't tell you that the single beds are inseparable bunk beds which was a big disappointment but we managed. We had a few other disappointments in that the pool heating could not be turned up as it tripped the electricity out and the water pump broke down so we could not shower or flush toilets for half a day. That said these are unfortunate occurances and the response to sorting out these problems from the owner, housekeeper and gardener/handyman was excellent. The failure of the electrics and water don't reflect on the overall condition of the property which was excellent. We would return to the property ( if the single bunkbeds were replaced by either a double or separate singles) and recommend it to our friends without hesitation.

From now on, I will clearly explain on the website that the 4 th room has bunk beds and not separate single beds to avoid misunderstandings. Also our truly sorry for the problems with the water system (on a sunday). As you know, I did everything to solve the problem as soon as possible but on a sunday it's not so easy to find a solution... Concerning the heating of the pool, I decided that in winter I can not longer give garanties for the pool temperature because everything depends on the weather at night and the wind. Spectacular property!
This is an absolutely beautiful property on the Mediterranean. It is finished in very high end style and graciously appointed. It was an ideal destination for my wife and I along with our children and grandchildren, total group of six. The nearby supermarkets made it very easy for us to cook our own meals when we wished. The Villa is not far from all of the sights, activities and dining. It was truly a delightful "home away from home." We were very well cared for by the owner and the housekeeper. Thanks for letting us share your little slice of paradise on the Costa Blanca.

The property is amazing with beautiful views, also very quite.
we arrived on a Sunday when all local supermarkets are closed and was surprised that there wasn't a welcome pack it's the first time that we have arrived at a Villa who didn't supply one also a car was stolen from the villa across the road which unnerved us, the curtains in the sitting room are very nice but don't close I would liked to close them at night. the high chair supplied was in poor condition so we had to buy one as i could not put my Grandchild into it as it was dirty and very rusty we also had a lot of problems with the pool and could not use it some day's, also the electric was a problem as it went of if we put the cooker on or hair dryer I would like to mention the gentleman who looks after the pool is a Gentle man and very helpful, Anla was also very helpful apart from the problems we would like to use the Villa again as we loved the location and the Villa kind regards Mrs Dolores Sawrij

Dear Dolores First of all, thank you very much for your review. I like to give a correct response. First of all, we give to all our guests a good bottle of wine, knowing that the small supermarket at Pueblo Acantilado is open on sunday (at walking distance). For your safety, we provided you the electric system to put your car inside. Concerning the high chair, I will call my housekeeper and arrange a new one if it's necessary... There were problems with the heating of the pool, the first day. Our gardener arranged a technician for tuesday to solve the problem and I gave you a discount of 100€ for the inconvenience. The electric was also arranged by our gardener but was caused by the fact that you used all the aircos in the full house on a temperature of 16 degres... Finally I would like to mention that we proposed to give you clean sheets and towels every week for free. When you left, Anja send me a lot of pictures to show how dirty the villa was... She needed to send cushons, dekbeds, curtons, ... to the drycleaning. There were spots of pen in our new sofa. Furniture was mooved from one level of the house to the other. Covers of decoration cushons were disappaered... The use of electricity was extremely high! I have to ask you gently to use another villa in future. We only accept guests who show the necessary respect for our property. Best regards Liesbeth

Fantastic stay in el campello
We had a fantastic holiday in this villa celebrating my fathers birthday. Very good service from the housekeeper and owner. Fantastic view over the sea and nice house. The pool where great too, the only thing that could be better was if thay could start the pool warmer a day or two before arrival, we had +21 the first day and +29 the last day. Can really recommend this!

Quite Location
We were looking for a relaxing villa for 2 weeks and this absolutely fitted the bill. I can not think of anything with the villa which we didn't enjoy, it was everything that we expected it to be. From a personal perspective we didn't like El Campello as a town but the villa is situated a few Km east of the town so it wasn't an issue. A car is must but if you are looking for a relaxing villa with excellent sea views and a pool then look no further. Communication with Liesbeth (owner) and housekeeper (Anja) is excellent.

Great stay, beautiful place great views.
The house is certainly spectacular and very well maintained, we had a great overall experience. One suggestion for chillier months of the year heating the pool would be a plus, the charge of 300 extra euros for turning the heating on for 3 days seemed a bit excessive, that is equivalent to almost 20% of the total price of the stay !. Other than that, greatly recomended.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Traumaussicht direkt auf das Meer

Magiskt hus
Detta hus är helt magiskt fint! Allt var över förväntan och ännu finare än bilderna. Vi var 6 vuxna och 2 barn som spenderade en vecka här. Vi älskade det allihop! Vi hyrde bilar vilket vi rekommenderar för att ta sig runt till andra fina ställen. Men mycket tid spenderades också i huset eftersom det var så fantastiskt där. Anja som skötte huset var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Kan bara varmt rekommendera detta ställe, vi kommer säkerligen åka dit igen!

Heerlijke week gehad
Service top, heerlijk huis. We hebben ontzettend genoten en het is echt waar dat het mooier is dan op de foto’s :-)

Perfect
This was the 2. Time at the villa for us 4 ladies. The villa is so beautiful! Good beds, easy check-in/out, enough places to relax in and outside. This villa is special!

Maison incroyable mais attention aux frais cachés
La maison est très bien située et également très confortable. Nous avons seulement noté , comme d'autres avant nous le petite taille du réfrigérateur pour 8 et l'état avancé des literies qui mériteraient d'être changées. Par contre attention aux frais cachés voire abusives : nous avons été chargés de 250€ pour un lavabo prétendument bouché par nos soins, une surconsommation électrique ( sans avoir eu le niveau compteur en début de séjour) et des traces aux murs non constatés à la remise des clé. Avons essayé de joindre a plusieurs reprise la propriétaire ... sans réponse de sa part.

Dear Guillaume I’m very sorry to hear that the refrigerator seemed to small for you and your family. Maybe because you paid for 8 people and staid there with more than 8? There is even a second refrigerator in the villa. You didn’t find it? The first time in 20 years, we had to take money from the warranty because the lavabo in the guest toilet was filled with vomit after your stay. There were spots on the walls and a personal things were left by the pool. You even did not allow our housekeeper/ gardener to clean the pool… We hope you choose another holiday home in the future. We only accept guests who respect our limit of 8 people and who show a minimum of respect. Good luck and stay safe! Best regards Liesbeth

Fantastic place
This place was really fantastic. We have stayed at several places but this one beats them all. The view from the house is stunning, the house itself is modern and really beautiful. It had all we needed. Great to have a small shop and a padel court just nearby. We’ll be back!

Prachtige villa - echt een aanrader
Het is een prachtige villa en hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Een erg mooi uitzicht, groot zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ziet er echt uit als op de foto's en het is erg groot en ruimtelijk. Je kijkt zo uit op de zee, en de zonsop- en ondergang zijn ook echt prachtig. El Campello is goed aan te rijden en je hebt genoeg restaurantjes. Ook was de rit van en naar de luchthaven Alicante echt goed te doen, toch prettig dat het na de vlucht maar een korte rit is naar de villa. Als minpunt zou ik noemen dat er nog wat kleine dingen niet aanwezig waren, maar deze werden na aangeven direct geregeld door Anja (zoals bijvoorbeeld een parasol voor op het terras). En een aantal attributen uit de keuken zijn wel aan vervanging toe (bijvoorbeeld een waterkoker, oven en vaatwasser), maar dit is een kleinigheid op de totaalervaring.

Wspaniałe miejsce na rodzinne wakacje i odpoczynek
Cudownie położony dom w cichym miejscu z widokiem na morze. Dom z dusza. Każdy może znaleźć dla siebie swój kącik do odpoczynku. Jest wszystko co potrzeba. Wróciłyśmy z naszych wakacji w dniu dzisiejszym a już tam chcemy jechac ponownie!

Einfach nur Klasse !!!!
Wir sagen Danke das wir eine tolle Woche in diesem Wahnsinns Haus verbringen durften. In dem Haus fehlt nichts, es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, die Aussicht ist Traumhaft. Wir sind von Anja sehr Herzlich emfangen worden und haben alles genau erkärt bekommen. Nochmal Danke ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
