Belvilla by OYO La Sirena

This is a magnificent 6-bedroom villa in Coveta Fumá. It offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for big groups and families.

A few minutes drive away is the centre of Coveta Fuma with its many restaurants, beaches, and bars. Alicante is 20 km away.

This villa consists of two parts: a main part with large living room, fully equipped kitchen with four bedrooms each with its own luxury bathroom and a downstairs area accessible via an outside staircase with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both levels offer a unique view. Around the swimming pool there are several seating areas and sun beds. There's an outdoor kitchen that is fully equipped including a dishwasher and barbecue. You can get a cot on request and get the pool heated for a fee.
Alicante airport is 32 km away.

Swimming pool heating is possible, with an additional payment of € 200 to be indicated at least 7 days prior to your visit. Arrivals or departures of guests on Sundays and before 8 a.m. / after 10 p.m. have a surcharge of € 30 for the Meet & Greet and check-out.

The house was fantastic and exactly like the description. Unfortunately the pool was not heated as promised. It was a shame for the children who were really happy. Luckily we were very well looked after and we got the money back for the preheating.Thanks Cathy. Everything we needed was there. One note: mattresses are no longer as comfortable.

Die Villa ist geräumig und wunderschön gestaltet, mit jedem Schlafzimmer, das über ein eigenes luxuriöses Badezimmer verfügt, Wir verbrachten unsere Tage am privaten Pool und genossen die atemberaubenden Ausblicke auf das Mittelmeer, Die Außenküche war eine fantastische Ergänzung

The villa is a really good size and well laid out. The outside space is really sociable and the pool gets the sun for most of the day and the views are amazing. The only slight downside is the 5th and 6th bedrooms which are situated in a separate building down some steps. This area was quite cold and a little damp.

La casa es perfecta para pasar tiempo con amigos, familia, y la gente mas cercana. Es una casa muy acogedora, con diferentes zonas y ambientes, todas ellas de buen gusto. La piscina climatizada nos hizo posible bañarnos el 31 de diciembre y 1 de enero! Ayuda que el tiempo en Alicante es CASI perfecto! Repetiremos en los proximos meses!

Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door de vertegenwoordiger van Casa Coveta, de lokale agent Het huis is fantastisch geequipeerd, alle apperatuur is aanwezig . Er is zelfs een volledige buitenkeuken met alles er op en er aan. Een mooi zwembad in de ruime tuin en een schitterend uitzicht. Wel werd voor 1 week €107 in rekening gebracht voor de energie, dat zit dus niet in de huur. Zo een zwembad tikt dus behoorlijk door in de kosten . Ook de €350 extra schoonmaakkosten is niet weinig!

Fantastische villa op een schitterende hoge locatie met zicht op zee. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt veel privacy. Met de (huur)auto ben je binnen 20 min in Alicante en binnen 5 min aan zee (strand). De lokale beheerder is vriendelijk en behulpzaam (o.a. voor sleuteloverdracht en huur auto) en meer dan bereid om nuttige aanvullende informatie te verstrekken. Wij hebben genoten !

The villa was amazing, better then the pictures! Fantastic outdoor area with pool and large outdoor kitchen. The only unpleasant surprise was the huge electricity bill in the end. We rented the villa for 4 night and paid Euro 158.00

House in nice and clean. Top of the hill so you have to use car. House owner promise to heat pool ( december) extra cost. So that was readon why we choose this place. When we arrived there was no warm water in pool so to us (4 kids) is was not so good news. Also there were too many small agency in hole proses so it was again not so good ... not hot water in shower at lower house . After we called they fixed it.
