This super 3 Bed holiday apartment has been totally refurbished and is brand new to the market for 2018.
If you are a beach lover then look no further! This lovely home is located alongside the stunning golden sands of El Campello.

This second floor apartment is fully air-conditioned and newly tiled throughout with the lounge and dining areas decorated in a contemporary style. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably and the lounge has a large flat-screen TV.
French doors lead out onto the generous balcony with furniture provided so you can relax and take in the magnificent views.

The separate kitchen is finished in high-spec detail with integrated appliances including a double sink, 5 ring electric hob with touch control, extractor fan, built-in Bosch oven and fridge-freezer. The storage units are funky with soft close drawers. A coffee-maker, juicer, toaster, kettle etc are supplied as standard.
A utility room overlooks the courtyard below and has a washing machine, double sink, iron and board.

Bedroom one is cool and shady with two single beds, double wardrobes and new double-glazed windows.

Bedroom two has two single beds and a sunny aspect with three double wardrobes so storage is not an issue. There is a furnished balcony overlooking the street below.

The third bedroom is a large, bright double with a funky en-suite bathroom finished in duck-egg blue tiles with a large shower, toilet, bidet and vanity sink. There are two double wardrobes and sliding doors to the balcony.

All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Still Amazing
This is the second time I have rented this property and again it didn’t disappoint. Spacious, clean, well equipped and in a perfect beachfront location it is surrounded by some excellent places to eat and enjoy a cheeky cocktail after a day on the beautiful beach. Alex, Sebastian and Maria (from the rental company) were punctual, polite and responsive. Nothing was too much bother and check in and out was a breeze, we were also able to stay late for no additional charge as there was no one coming in straight after us. I must admit that although I am writing this because the location and the rental company deserve the positive review and recognition I am doing it reluctantly as I’d like to keep both El Campello and the appartment my little secret.

We loved this holiday and will be back.
We are a family of 4, with children aged 6 and 11. The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean (even matching my high standards) and very well equipped with everything needed for a peaceful and easy holiday including fluffy bath towels and matching beach towels. The views from the balcony over the sea and towards the harbour are spectacular and the balcony is a perfect spot for a sunny breakfast. The supermarket just a few minutes walk away stocked all the essentials and more at reasonable prices. The beach is just around the corner from the front door (less than 2 minutes) gorgeous and so welcoming, we loved that there were plenty of eating options and but no loud bars or clubs - a perfect family friendly area. The check in was easy - we were met at the appt, shown around and given the keys, our few queries were answered quickly. We will definitely be visiting again soon, thanks again.

Idéal...
Sebastian nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, il est très disponible et à l'écoute. L'appartement est superbe, identique à ce que l'on voit sur le site, de plus très bien équipé. Une vue merveilleuse... du petit déjeuner au dîner, la mer... Des restaurants pour tous les goûts juste en-dessous. Des supermarchés tout à côté, un grand marché à quelques minutes également. Le tramway pour Alicante ou Benidorm tout aussi près. Bref, on attend août 2024 pour retrouver cet endroit où nous étions comme chez nous... Merci Sebastian!!!
