    Step straight from your terrace onto the beach or enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool. This comfortable and fully equipped apartment “Sol y Mar Playa” is located in Block B and benefits from the best sun exposure.
    Layout (max. 4 adults and 2 children):
    Bedroom 1: two single box-spring beds and a spacious wardrobe
    Bedroom 2 (very spacious): two single box-spring beds, a bunk bed and a large wardrobe. Includes a travel cot and high chair
    Bathroom: modern walk-in shower and toilet
    Living & dining area: comfortably furnished with Dutch, Spanish and various international TV channels
    Outdoor area:
    Spacious ground-floor terrace. Fully covered and closable – ideal in both sun and wind. Stunning unobstructed views of the sea and beach, also perfect for families with children. Outdoor living truly takes center stage here.
    Kitchen:
    Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped: four-burner hob, large fridge with freezer
    Microwave/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.

Apartamento muy bien equipado, tiene de todo. El anuncio muy exacto. La urbanización, muy tranquila, a 8kms de Campello, necesario coche para todo, excepto para la cala Lanuza. Pablo, la persona de contacto, muy agradable y atenta.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, al llegar en la nevera había muchos productos que estaban a nuestra disposición, utensilios de todo tipo. En general la casa estaba muy bien cuidada y con muchas cosas útiles. La ubicación al lado de la playa aunque es pequeña y normalmente se llena de gente, pero si vas pronto encuentras sitio seguro.
