Individual chalet at 250m. from the water of the beach of San Juan, it has AIR CONDITIONING - POOL - 4 rooms where 3 people can sleep in each room comfortably - interior kitchen - living room with fireplace, cherlon sofa, TV with digital channels - porch with kitchen, barbecue, bathroom, living room - outdoor area with lawn and space for tables, umbrellas, ... - outdoor solarium throughout the upper part of the chalet.

Each corner has its charm, it is a cheerful and quiet house at the same time. You can enjoy the pool, gardens, barbecue, the charm of the private porch, ...
In winter the living room becomes more cozy thanks to the fireplace.
Anyway, living it is better than telling it.
