"Parking was safe. We had difficulty getting the room that we reserved. Seems internal hotel managment and allocation of rooms needs improvement (or coordination between Expedia's system and the Hotel). Desk clerk did his best to help us realizing a booking problem. Property was OK. "

But the lady that worked with him said that she would be able to help us and had him bring a towel. I didn’t get her name She was very kind and helpful I thanked her."
