"Casa Epina se encuentra bien comunicada muy cerca de Garajonay y a 20 min de Vallehermoso pueblo. Alberto fue muy amable al recibirnos y la casa estaba muy limpia y preparada para recibirnos. Nos resultó muy fría, a pesar de los radiadores con los que venía equipado el alojamiento, creo que también tuvimos mala suerte con el tiempo esta semana. Por lo demás todo fue bien. "

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist komplett neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter und seine Frau leben im Nachbarhaus. Sie sind sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war perfekt und David hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob etwas fehlt. Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Wein! "Pros: The house is wonderful, very clean, renewed and with all the facilities required to have a very nice time. We spent 1 week and the pool is joined with the rest of properties, but we were almost everyday alone on it. The check-in is very easy, you receives the keys and that is all. Emilio is very friendly and he called us 2 times on that week to know if everything were ok. Definitely, highly recommended. Cons: We have nothing bad to tell."

"A beautiful hotel and grounds offering an authentic, local experience, the rooms, restaurant and food were all of a high standard. The menu choices and food quality and presentation were particularly good and very enjoyable. It was lovely to be able to make use of the swimming pool and the location offered amazing views out to sea as well as panoramic views of San Sebastián. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A walk-in shower would have been preferable to one over the bath as water tended to go everywhere! "

We did the tasting menu and flight of wines as it was my wife’s birthday all dishes were superb, there was a lovely cake left for my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the gardens are wonderfully designed and the view of mount teide amazing.. The key standout of this hotel were the staff, every single one of them were amazing. They all went that extra step to make our stay 5 stars..The customer care was top notch so I would like to thank all the staff for making my wife’s birthday stay and mine a unique and memorable occasion.. "We had a delightful time staying in Luca and Lucia's lovely casita. They were excellent hosts very warm and welcoming and accommodating. Perfect location with easy access to beautiful nature and walks as well access to local supermercados within walking distance and the buzzy "downtown" of Valle Gran Rey offering good bakeries, fresh fish at the puerto. Also enjoyed late afternoons swimming in the warm ocean and relaxing on the playa after a long walk.Thank you too to Heike for coordinating. "
