Rooms were lovely and spacious and staff were so helpful. Special shoutout to the local guide Ignacio who is available daily to recommend hiking routes and to know when the weather will be best to venture on large hikes (e.g. Laguna de Los Tres). The food and service was exquisite. We booked the mountain view, however after visiting, the valley view is more beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright, the location is excellent, but more importantly, there are not enough superlatives to describe the staff. Mariano, Candela, and the excursion planner Ignacio did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. There are not enough superlatives to describe the attentiveness and personalization of service that they offered. Could not recommend this place more highly.

This is a very very nice place to stay in El Chalten. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, unfailingly gracious. The guide, Ignacio, who was there daily in the evenings, was particularly helpful in route planning hikes. The room was comfortable, great sheets on the bed. The restaurant is excellent for dinner, and breakfasts were delicious. We loved our stay.

It’s an amazing place of comfort in a location like El Chalten. We arrived with one of us having a stomach bug. First they recognized the issue and upgraded our room to one with a great Mountain View. The host Florencia was impeccable remembering our preferences and giving apt suggestions. She even carried our luggages from the car to the room. This place and food really helped me recover quickly. The dining staff went above and beyond to help us get apt food at odd times of the day. They didn’t even charge us for one of the dinners. The quality and variety they had for vegetarians was sufficient. This is the only hotel seem to located at a higher elevation in the town and it has great views from here. The staff must be commended for their prompt cleaning and overall maintenance. Overall a great property and we would love to come back here again. Especially when in a place like this, we are at the mercy of weather. So, having a comfortable place like this will compensate for bad weather days.
