The front desk staff were the highlight of the stay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thanks team. The room was clean and bright - everything we needed. The breakfast was fine if a little disorganized. The kitchen is the reason for the 4 - it needs new counters, new equipment (dishes and cooking supplies), more towels and a thorough cleaning.

The staff at pioneros del valle are sooo nice and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable with lots of inviting spaces inside and outside to relax. The private rooms are the way to go with breakfast included. Make reservations early because they fill up fast. We ended up changing plans and I can’t emphasize enough how sweet and patient the staff were in helping us find another night with a private room. We ended up staying a third night in the shared rooms which are definitely a different experience. Very clean and reasonably priced with a bathroom in each room and full access to the kitchen and cozy areas but we are older and this was outside our comfort zone. They let us leave our packs for free before and after while we waited to check in and for our bus departure.

Good location, simple, clean tooms

Very convenient location close to the Fitzroy trailhead. Helpful staff. Breakfast was meh. Booked a double room was given a triple with 3 single beds, but no big deal. Enjoyed the stay.

Everyone of the staff were friendly and helped us in every possible way. I had forgotten my backpack cover, they sent it via bus to Calafate. Love their service.

Great location and very comfortable beds. Nice common areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many of the electrical plugs in common areas don’t hold the plugs. But they also had great adapter plugs in one common area. Common area bathrooms often ran out of toilet paper, but just have to ask staff for more.

I would like to call out the excellent customer service provided by the hotel manager Ignacio Lopez and Noelia. Ignacio went out of his way to help me resolve a last min change after I shared the situation with Noelia, who informed him. Ignacio also went to the tour operator to find information about local tours for me.

Sebastián was incredible to welcome guests. His counter part Marina (sp?) was not friendly or accommodating. Over all the hostel is a great option.

The place is clean and has a nice shower. The breakfast is continental but was the same each day. Could mix it up a bit for people who stay longer than a couple days. There is no housekeeping until you check out if you have a longer stay. The staff are all very helpful at the front desk.

Grande chambre confortable. Personnel à l'accueil agréable et pouvant vous conseiller sur les randonnées et autres choses à faire à El Chalten. Attention ça résonnr beaucoup dans le hall donc si la chambre est proche de l'accueil cela peut être bruyant. Petit déjeuner simple (cereales, pain, jambon, fromage, fruits, café, thé)

המלון קרוב לכל המסלולים של הפארק.החדר מרווח ונעים. המיטה גדולה במיוחד. נוף מדהים של הרים מושלגים נשקף מ חלון החדר.ל מלון מטבח גדול המשרת כל האורחים של המלון. בחצר הגדול והיפה של המלון ניתן לראות לעיתים קרובות ברווזים.
