"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very basic but large with a TV and en suite, cold showers which is unfortunate as would be nice to have the option. Expensive restaurant in comparison to surrounding area, however we were only staying here as a base while passing through for one night. We came in the low season so very quiet. Perhaps a little expensive for what the offering is.."

"The pool was clean and it looked nice but it was too hot for my taste. The staff was friendly but it wasn't ready for service. Air condinioning work really good and the place was really nice, specially loved the beach"

"Shower in the room was dirty as well the pool. The property needs to improve maintenance, the place need upgrades it seems to be old.lawn grass needs improvement. The price is higher then other similar places.only good thing It was a quiet place nice to relax yourself. "

"The host here was incredible and very helpful in getting to know the area. The rooms/bathrooms were clean and they have cool A/C. The food is great and the beachfront property is one of the best on La Ventana beach!"
