Luxurious, new spacious Penthouse located in a perfect position between the impressive 1,000 berth Port-Marina of Almerimar and the top class 27 hole Championship Golf course. The Marina hosts many Restaurants, Cafe bars, Tapas bars and there's a an excellent supermarket next to the complex. Almerimar Port is flanked by blue flag beaches either side offering 13km of unspoilt secluded beach area
The complex boasts a large secure gated pool and parking is available in the secure underground garage. The apartment is located on the top, 5th floor and can be easily accessed via lifts or the stairs.

The spacious apartment has large upper and lower terraces affording spectacular views, marble flooring and has been stylishly designed and furnished to a very high standard with no expense spared. The property is air-conditioned, modern and offers everything needed for a perfect self-catering holiday.

Great relaxing holiday in the Sunshine

Spent 4 relaxing weeks in Axel’s property, we had a few issues in the early days but these were sorted immediately. The apartment is really well equipped, plenty of bedding and towels. Bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The best thing about the location is the weather - it was amazing - a steady 25 degrees which we didn’t expect

Axel's apartment was very spacious and modern cool clean marble tiles throughout just like photos The roof terrace is totally private and a suntrap we spent most of our time lazing up there. Great views from terrace over one of the marina's again a really pleasant area to sit and relax The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was brilliant as it was very hot The apartment had everything needed great wifi, plenty of towels etc Plenty of restaurants nearby about a 5/ 10 minute walk depending where you choose to go The supermarket close to apartment is really good and prices are excellent Very pleasant walks along footpath next to the beach to the west of marina's The area is kept very clean and tidy with plenty of seats to rest and numerous of direct access areas to the beach which is patrolled by lifeguards, there is also showers and toilet areas the full length of the beach We stayed end of June beginning of July and the resort was very quiet it's not overly run by tourists Great location for chilled relaxing holiday

En la zona tienes todo lo necesario a mano: un Mercadona, farmacia, bares de tapas y restaurantes, puerto deportivo, golf y playas La vivienda amplia y cómoda, mejor que en las fotos, prácticamente nueva y todo a estrenar, la terraza muy amplia. Axel, el propietario, muy atento y correcto. Con total disposición ante cualquier duda o necesidad que pudiéramos tener . Sin duda lo recomendamos, y seguramente volveremos.
